The resort we stayed at was another highlight of our vacation. Nestled amidst the serene woods, it offered stunning views that made for a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The food served at the resort was equally delightful, offering a wide range of flavors that satisfied our palate. However, while the trip itself was fantastic, I want to share some feedback regarding the booking experience. Our travel agent, Kishan from Bookitforgetit, was very proactive and responsive before we booked the trip. Unfortunately, after the booking was finalized, I found myself repeatedly following up for crucial details such as the hotel voucher, payment confirmations, and driver information. This lack of consistent communication and post-booking support was a bit disappointing. My humble request to Travel Triangle is to ensure that better customer service is provided after the booking process is complete. It’s crucial to maintain the same level of attentiveness throughout the entire experience. While the trip itself was great, the post-booking service left room for improvement. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for travelers like us.

were covered. But as the stay in coorg was very unhigenic and location was very far which made driver to skip all the points in coorg except elephant camp and coffee plantation. The most important point is there was not coordination between All India Holiday and the travel agency about the no of day stay in ooty & coorg also the trip itternary was also not available with driver which made troublesome for me to convince him about which point he was about to cover.

The Blissful journey team was very polite and caring during the whole Journey. the whole trip has been a very nice memorable experience.

Previously he gave us the option to pay 2nd installment after reaching the hotel while booking the package whereas he asked us to pay 2nd installment instantly 1 day before beginning of the trip. Although travel triangle team told us not to pay any other person or agent. My feedback is to improve the payment system such as paying 50% advance and remaining 50% during the trip. Or 50% advance and 25% at the start and remaining 25% at the mid of the trip, as per convenience.
